Job summary

Cotton Holdings Inc. is seeking a Construction National Project Manager in Ponce to oversee project execution, ensure safety compliance, and manage profitability. You will coordinate with operations, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results across heavy reconstruction projects.

The role requires 5+ years in construction project management, a related degree (or equivalent), and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Extensive knowledge of heavy reconstruction projects (REQUIRED).
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with operations to keep on schedule.
• Maintain regular updates with clients, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders.
• Set and manage project budgets to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure contracts, permits, and forms are completed and filed; follow safety protocols.
• Develop and implement Site Safety Plans and lead toolbox meetings.
• Direct daily project activities and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and maintain high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.
• Build and nurture relationships with insurance adjusters, clients, and key partners.
