Job summary

Philip Morris International seeks a Sr. Manager, National Accounts to lead strategic partnerships with major national accounts and drive revenue growth across key customers. You will build executive relationships, analyze data, and oversee budgets and promotional programs to maximize ROI.

The role requires 7+ years in national accounts, strong leadership, and the ability to align customer strategy with field execution. Occasional travel is expected for a hybrid, US-based position.

Qualifications

• Identify growth opportunities across distribution, merchandising, category management, and promotional programs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management, and Field Sales.
• Analyze customer, consumer, syndicated, and CRM data to generate insights and business recommendations.
• Manage customer investments, trade funds, and promotional budgets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor business performance, market trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coach, develop, and lead direct reports to achieve business objectives and strengthen commercial capabilities.
• Ensure alignment between customer strategy and field execution.

Key Responsibilities

Additional Information

• Travel: Approximately 50%.
• Salary Range: $136,000 - $170,000 plus bonus eligibility.
