Monogram Foods is seeking an Experienced National Accounts Manager to build and manage relationships with major grocery chains from our Memphis center. You will identify opportunities, drive strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to meet sales and profit targets.

The role emphasizes data-driven category management, consumer insights, and collaboration with internal and external partners. A strong broker-management background is valued for sustained account growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Experience in food or consumer goods industry preferred; private label a plus.
• Broker management experience required.

• Develop and execute business plans to expand national grocery opportunities.
• Lead sales efforts to exceed customer expectations and achieve targets.

• Maintain accurate CRM data and generate top-line and margin reports.
