Job summary

AECOM Government Business Line seeks a highly motivated Client Account Sr Manager to strengthen our partnership with NASA. This role leads client relationships, grows the account, and coordinates across our company to deliver high-quality service.

Hybrid position with on-site and remote work possible, based in Arlington, VA; Houston, TX; or Orlando, FL. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related field, 10+ years of experience, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience, incl. 2 years of leadership.
• Prior NASA experience and ability to navigate relationships within the organization.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the role.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact and leader for AECOM’s relationship with one or more large regional accounts or part of a team supporting a key Global or Regional account.
• Develop, grow and sustain AECOM’s business for assigned accounts and coordinate client interactions to ensure high-quality service.
• Identify opportunities, manage risks, and align commercial terms with client priorities.
• Lead and develop teams to deliver on client needs and project delivery objectives.
• Represent AECOM externally with strategic leadership and industry expertise.
