Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency including at least 2 years of leadership.
• Prior experience with NASA and the ability to effectively navigate relationships within the organization is essential.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with large regional accounts and global or regional teams.
• Develop, grow and sustain AECOM's business for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate client interactions to ensure high-quality service and resolve delivery issues.
• Drive growth and manage risks while aligning with the client’s needs.
• Establish self as a strategic, collaborative leader in field, market or with clients.
