Job summary

AECOM Government Business Line seeks a Client Account Sr Manager to strengthen our NASA partnership and drive growth across regional and global accounts. You will lead strategic relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence for complex programs.

This hybrid role may be based in Arlington, VA, Houston, TX, or Orlando, FL, delivering high-quality client service while aligning with AECOM’s global standards and mission to build a better world.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or other related discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education including at least 2 years of leadership.
• Prior experience with NASA and the ability to effectively navigate relationships within the organization is essential.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the role.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for meeting key business plan objectives for their client portfolio.
• Monitor client projects to ensure high quality delivery, technical excellence and consistent client service experience.
• Identifies risks and manages project delivery to mitigate impact.
• Demonstrated ability to set short and medium term goals and strategies for the account to align with the client’s needs.
