CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a skilled Senior Engineer to join our Warsaw studio, supporting Narrative teams and Localization. You will craft tools, pipelines and procedures to manage hundreds of thousands of lines of dialogue and bring them to life in-game.

Work with Story, Localization, Quest and Cinematic teams, write high-quality, scalable code, and own narrative content tools such as Screenplay Editor, Dialogue Player, and Voicesets for open world NPCs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in the game industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive professional experience with Unreal Engine and/or other engines, and strong C++ programming skills.
• Ability to comprehend unfamiliar code and work across many systems in the code base.
• Solid communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English.
• A team player.
• An Agile mindset is a plus.
• Passion for creating games.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Story, Localization, Quest, and Cinematic teams to find solutions that achieve creative and technical goals.
• Write high-quality code that is optimised, scalable, bug-free, and aligned with project goals.
• Build and maintain narrative content tools, systems and pipelines, including Screenplay Editor and its connection to the Sequencer, Dialogue Player, and Voicesets for open world NPCs, and pipelines for syncing narrative content.
