This role requires a deep C++ background and strong leadership to deliver immersive, emotional experiences. You will collaborate with art, design, and production to align technical and creative visions, while staying ahead with industry best practices and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software/game development experience
• 5+ years in a lead/leadership role within games
• Experience delivering AAA titles on consoles
• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 and gameplay systems
• Proven team management and collaboration across disciplines

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and technical strategy for game features and systems.
• Lead and mentor engineering managers and engineers to foster collaboration.
• Create strategic plans including resource allocation, timelines, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with art, design, and production to align gameplay with vision.
• Drive high-quality C++ code and maintainable technical standards.
