Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Strategic Solutions & Story Architect to lead the narrative design for clinical development pursuits. You will partner with Business Development, Operations, Medical, Biometrics, and Proposal teams to craft compelling, sponsor-focused stories from sponsor challenges to differentiated solutions.

The role requires turning complex data into clear messages, developing storyboards, and guiding a cross-functional team to deliver executive-ready

Competenze

• 7+ years in CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, proposal development, commercial strategy, clinical operations, business development, strategic communications or related field.
• Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, bid defenses, capture planning, or strategic sales pursuits.
• Proven ability to turn complex information into clear, audience-centered strategic narratives.

Mansioni

• Lead cross-functional story architecture sessions with BD, Operations, Medical, Biometrics, Proposal Management and SMEs.
• Define sponsor priorities, evaluation criteria, decision drivers, and central pursuit questions.
• Set win strategy, story, themes and message hierarchy for each pursuit.
• Translate complex information into sponsor-focused, persuasive messages.
• Develop storyboards linking sponsor needs to solution, delivery model, differentiators, proof points and value.
• Create executive-ready bid defense presentations and reusable narrative frameworks.
• Coordinate slide ownership and maintain consistent voice and quality.
• Maintain alignment across written proposal, operational strategy, and follow-up materials.
• Coach presenters on message clarity, transitions, and audience engagement.
• Leverage competitive intelligence to sharpen positioning and pursuit narratives.
• Collaborate with design teams to reinforce narrative with visuals.
• Capture lessons learned and build a library of narrative assets.
