Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a Scientific Narrative Lead to own the strategic scientific story for a lead program. You will become fluent in mechanism, data, strategy, competitive landscape, and patient value, shaping messaging for regulatory submissions, publications, Medical Affairs, and Commercial communications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex scientific and clinical data into a clear, compelling story.
• Experience shaping scientific positioning or messaging strategy for drug development programs.
• 6+ years in biopharmaceutical sponsor, CRO, or consulting in scientific/strategic communications or regulatory strategy.
• Strong scientific writing capability for high-impact clinical and regulatory documents.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic scientific narrative for a lead Praxis program and translate into a messaging framework.
• Build and maintain a forward-looking narrative and communications roadmap across strategy, milestones, regulatory interactions and publications.
• Shape scientific positioning within protocols, investigator brochures, clinical study reports and regulatory documents; lead author when needed.
• Set narrative direction for US/global regulatory submissions (INDs, NDAs, MAAs) with cross-functional partners.
• Anticipate data/regulatory feedback and advise leadership on implications for the story.
• Serve as a connective thread across Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics, Data Management, Quality, CMC, Medical Affairs and Commercial.
• Carry the narrative forward through launch, label expansion, new indications and post-approval commitments.
