Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Strategic Solutions & Story Architect to partner with Business Development, Proposal Management, Clinical Operations, Medical, Biometrics, and SMEs to craft compelling customer narratives for clinical development opportunities.

The role leads the narrative architecture for bid defenses, establishing the central story, message hierarchy, evidence, flow, and audience experience, guiding cross-functional teams to bring the story to life.

Competenze

• 7+ years in CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, proposal development, or related field.
• Proven ability to translate complex scientific and operational inputs into client-focused narratives.
• Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills.

Mansioni

• Lead cross-functional story architecture sessions for priority opportunities with BD, Operations, Medical, Biometrics, and SMEs.
• Define sponsor priorities, evaluation criteria, and central question for pursuit.
• Set win strategy, overarching story, and message hierarchy for each pursuit.
• Translate complex information into sponsor-focused, persuasive messages.
• Develop storyboards linking sponsor needs to the proposed solution and value.
• Create executive-ready bid defense presentations and reusable narrative frameworks.
• Ensure slides have clear purpose and coherent audience journey.
• Coordinate content development across contributors while maintaining a consistent voice.
