Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional story architecture sessions for priority opportunities with BD, Operations, Medical, Biometrics, and SMEs.
• Partner with the BD Lead to define sponsor priorities, evaluation criteria, and central pursuit questions.
• Set the win strategy, overarching story, themes, and message hierarchy for each pursuit.
• Translate complex information into sponsor-focused, persuasive messages.
• Develop storyboards connecting sponsor needs to proposed solutions and value.
• Create executive-ready bid defense presentations and reusable narrative frameworks.
• Ensure each slide has a clear purpose and coherent audience journey.
• Build differentiated value messages supported by evidence and case studies.
• Coordinate slide ownership and content across contributors while maintaining voice and quality.
• Maintain alignment across proposals, strategy, messaging, and follow-up materials.
• Coach presenters on message clarity, transitions, and engagement.
• Use competitive intelligence to sharpen positioning and pursuit narrative.
• Collaborate with design teams to reinforce narrative with visuals.
• Capture lessons learned and build a library of reusable assets.
