Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in bioengineering, pharmacology, or related field with oncology focus and 5+ years postdoc.
• Experience with NAM platforms (CIVM/MPS) in pharma/biotech.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead NAMs engagement to identify opportunities in discovery and preclinical programs.
• Provide SME-level guidance on NAMs applicability, strengths, limitations and readiness.
• Drive NAMs into program strategies aligned with 3Rs framework and portfolio goals.
• Monitor external NAM landscape and regulatory perspectives.
• Collaborate with SIS, DPDS, PSTS and therapeutic area teams.
• May travel up to 10%.
