Reporting to the Director NA E2E Services Procurement, you will partner with operational leaders to drive multi-year productivity pipelines and mitigate supply continuity risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 6+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain.
• Proven track record in multi-million-dollar negotiations and productivity savings.

Responsabilités

• Develop multi-year category strategies and analyze spend.
• Drive supplier consolidation and governance; ensure regional standards.
• Serve as senior Procurement Partner to leadership teams.
• Translate forecasts and volume shifts into sourcing projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Legal, Finance, EHS, and Ops.
• Establish SRM programs with KPIs, SLAs, and QBRs.
• Collaborate with Finance on cost inflation and budgeting.
• Monitor spend leakage and market indexing; report to executives.
• Integrate digital and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
