Job summary

OWN, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects across Missouri from planning through construction. You will guide towns and utilities, secure funding, and serve as a trusted advisor to city officials.

You will mentor engineers, review designs, and travel occasionally to communities for council meetings, client visits, and site work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of municipal water and/or wastewater design experience.
• PE license in Missouri or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from planning through construction.
• Perform and review hydraulic modeling for water and sewer systems.
• Assist clients in securing funding through SRF, USDA Rural Development, and CDBG, including PERs and facility plans.
• Serve as trusted advisor to municipal clients, presenting to city councils and boards.
• Provide senior oversight during construction and mentor engineers and designers on the team.
