Fehr Graham Engineering & Environmental in Monroe, Wisconsin, is seeking a Municipal Project Manager to lead transportation projects from concept to construction. You will direct roadway, reconstruction, resurfacing and streetscape initiatives, coordinating with WisDOT, utilities and clients.

You will mentor engineers, manage scopes, schedules and budgets, and prepare proposals and reports to support business development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of municipal/transportation engineering experience.
• PE license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage municipal transportation projects, including roadway reconstruction and improvements.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets and designs aligned with client expectations and funding requirements.
• Coordinate with municipal clients, WisDOT, utilities and stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor design engineers and staff to meet QA/QC standards.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates and technical reports for business development.
• Represent Fehr Graham at public meetings, council sessions and client presentations.
• Oversee construction administration tasks and maintain relationships with contractors and field personnel.
