Job summary

Talentify in Georgia seeks a Transportation Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects from planning through construction. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets, contracts, and procurement, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities include right-of-way coordination, utility coordination, and collaboration with consultants, contractors, and government agencies to deliver public works successfully.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field with 1–3 years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with GDOT publications (Design Policy Manual, LAP Manual, ROW Manual).
• Equivalent education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review project concepts and design drawings for transportation improvement projects.
• Conduct site visits and field investigations to ensure compliance with GDOT/MUTCD/AASHTO standards.
• Perform field investigations for road/intersection improvements, signage, and erosion control.
• Use GIS analysis to support transportation projects and create maps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders through all project phases to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead public involvement campaigns for transportation projects.
• Assist in meetings with design consultants, agencies and local governments.
• Support right-of-way and utility coordination efforts.
• Participate in contract procurement including cost estimation and proposal evaluation.
• Monitor budgets and schedules for timely completion.
• Supervise consultant work and ensure regulatory compliance.
