Job summary

A PE license and extensive municipal experience are required. Responsibilities include creating bid-ready documents, performing quantity calculations, and maintaining project budgets and schedules across roadways and drainage systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE certification required.
• At least 8 years of municipal transportation design experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering analysis, design and plan production for transportation projects (roadways, highways, drainage, erosion control, traffic control).
• Create job specifications and contract documents for bidding.
• Calculate quantities and construction cost estimates.
• Deliver within project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead project team in quality control processes.
