Olsson is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (Municipal Roadway) in Tulsa, OK. You will lead roadway design projects, mentor teammates, and ensure high-quality solutions for municipal roadways, coordinating across teams and with local agencies.

The role requires a PE, 10+ years in highway/roadway design, and 5+ years in a PM position. Proficiency with MicroStation and AutoCAD Civil 3D is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• PE (Registered Professional Engineer) required.
• 10+ years of highway/roadway design experience.
• 5+ years in project management role.
• Experience with local municipalities essential.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scopes, schedules, and budgets; tracks progress and financials.
• Manages complex contract negotiations.
• Leads project teams and coordinates resources to meet objectives.
• Serves as primary liaison between project stakeholders.
• Monitors progress and ensures scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Manages change requests and risk to minimize cost impact.
• Reviews technical work to ensure high quality and contract compliance.
• Maintains client relationships and pursues future work.
• Documents deliverables and maintains project records.
