Job summary

Quiddity is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Florida to lead landmark residential and mixed‑use developments in the Tampa and Lakeland markets. You will mentor a diverse design and engineering team, oversee planning, design, and construction, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver on commitments and quality.

This role offers leadership visibility in a scaling office, with opportunities to shape growth across Florida and mentor others while driving project success.

Qualifications

• PE license with civil engineering background.
• 9+ years managing residential land development projects.
• Experience mentoring project teams.
• Strong client focus and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of PEs, EITs, CAD designers, and administrative professionals.
• Spearhead complex multi‑family and mixed‑use projects from initial planning through design and construction.
• Act as the primary face for clients, ensuring delivery on commitments while upholding Quiddity’s quality standards.
• Play a significant role in Florida expansion, enjoying autonomy and visibility that comes with a scaling office.
