French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Project Manager for the Municipal Services Department in Hackettstown, NJ. You will lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects, while managing scope, schedule, and budgets.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, possess a NJ Professional Engineer license, and have 10+ years of municipal engineering experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in municipal engineering or public infrastructure design and delivery
• PE license in the State of New Jersey is required
• Ability to manage municipal infrastructure projects from concept through construction
• Strong knowledge of municipal design standards, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and public agencies

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, specs, and construction documents
• Oversee design using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Coordinate teams and subconsultants
• Serve as primary contact for municipal clients and regulators
• Lead client meetings and public presentations
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals during construction
• Provide field support and issue resolution
• Develop and manage project budgets and costs
