Qualifications

• Experience in municipal and regional planning and related applications.
• Strong knowledge of planning principles and codes; ability to draft revisions.
• Experience with public meetings, client guidance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Attend evening meetings as client representative.
• Draft letters for municipal development applications.
• Prepare and update comprehensive plans and master plans.
• Evaluate and recommend zoning amendments and rezonings.
• Develop Housing Element and Fair Share Plans.
• Prepare redevelopment investigations and plans.
• Draft ordinances and development-control regulations.
• Perform various research tasks for municipal clients.
