Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Urban/Regional Planning or related field.
• Professional Planner preferred or PP track in progress.
• 5+ years of municipal planning experience or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Attend evening meetings as client representative.
• Draft development review letters for various apps.
• Prepare and update comprehensive/master plans and examination reports.
• Review zoning amendments and recommend changes.
• Prepare Housing Element and Fair Share Plans.
• Draft ordinances and development regulation.
• Support public meetings and hearings and client needs.
