Job summary

WGA, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Project Manager for Municipal Infrastructure to lead a project team and own the full lifecycle from inception to closeout. You will coordinate weekly meetings with internal staff and external subcontractors, ensure QA/QC, schedules, and budget compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and at least 5 years in civil PM with strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering with PM experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project financial management and budgeting.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and own the project lifecycle from inception to closeout.
• Conduct weekly meetings and coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure QA/QC, schedules, and financial management compliance.
• Provide project updates to Practice Manager or Practice Leader.
• Manage client relationships and support revenue growth.
