The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 3+ years of municipal project experience, and proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MicroStation. A PE license is preferred. Competitive salary of $110k–$130k is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution. Master’s degree is a plus.
• PE license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in civil engineering with municipal focus.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.
• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal public works regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and supervise infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, water/sewer).
• Create detailed plans using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and design compliance.
• Prepare reports and updates for municipal officials and the public.
• Assist with bid documents, estimates, and schedules.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulations.
• Mentor junior staff in engineering practices.
