Job summary

Metro Associates in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead municipal capital programs and owner-side project delivery. The role blends client development with hands-on project execution and mentorship of the Massachusetts team.

You will manage complex public-sector projects from planning through closeout, build strong municipal relationships, and contribute to a growing practice with broad capabilities and a Northeast presence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in municipal capital programs and project delivery.
• Strong relationships with Massachusetts municipalities and public agencies.
• Experience in owner-to-client-facing roles (OPM/PM/CM).

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal and public-sector capital projects from planning to closeout.
• Advise clients on capital programs and project-delivery strategy.
• Provide owner's representation, PM/CM, design-management, and construction-administration services.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, risk, quality, and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead construction-phase activities including constructability reviews and change management.
• Support procurement in accordance with Massachusetts public-project requirements.
• Build relationships with municipalities and public agencies across Massachusetts.
• Lead proposals, interviews, capture planning, and business development.
• Recruit and mentor future members of the Massachusetts project-delivery team.
