Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Woodstock, GA, is seeking a Multisite Senior Maintenance Technician to support two or more apartment communities. Under the VP of Property Management, you will handle on-site repairs, respond to resident service requests, and contribute to delivering high-quality move-in experiences.

This role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC, plus EPA certification in some states and CPO in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
• EPA certification required in some states.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) required in GA, FL, LA and NC.
• Must communicate clearly in English and possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and respond to emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• promptly address resident service requests and perform maintenance tasks.
• Perform plumbing, electrical and other hands-on maintenance work.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds/free of debris.
• Provide on-call emergency maintenance as needed and handle special projects.
• Establish and follow a scheduled maintenance program for assigned communities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and structural issues.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Service Manager and complete inspections.
• Monitor equipment upkeep and ensure OSHA safety compliance.
• Assist in ordering inventory; when needed, assume managerial duties.
• Attend required training and represent the company professionally.
