Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of two manufacturing sites in Tulsa and Claremore, OK. The role ensures safety, compliance, and efficient operation of buildings and equipment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of facility or industrial maintenance management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills required.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting welding systems, CNC machinery, cranes, compressed air systems, and oil flushing equipment.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance teams and multiple facility priorities effectively.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC) and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of both facilities, including buildings, grounds, utilities, and infrastructure systems.
• Manage service contracts and vendors for facility-related services (HVAC, janitorial, landscaping, waste disposal).
• Coordinate facility improvements, expansions, and space utilization projects.
• Lead maintenance and repair of a wide range of industrial equipment (welding systems, CNC machinery, cranes, compressed air).
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and support safety programs.
