Qualifications

• 10+ years of maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience with electrical systems, including 480-volt connections.
• Advanced practical knowledge and 5+ years with PLCs, HMIs, and motor control systems.
• Experience with CMMS implementation and preventive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of crane operation and welding equipment.
• Proficient in plumbing and mechanical equipment repair.
• Ability to read and interpret machine blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong experience with preventive maintenance procedures and work order systems.
• Forklift training and certification provided by the company.
• CNC machine experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMMS implementation at the site level and support daily operations.
• Ensure work orders are meaningful, with accurate data history.
• Collaborate on schedules and resource leveling using the CMMS.
• Organize work orders and assign to technicians across shifts.
• Provide regular KPI reporting to management.
• Plan shutdowns and coordinate maintenance activities with teams.
