ASML in Wilton, Connecticut is seeking a Senior Mechanical Analysis Engineer to apply advanced analytical and numerical methods for opto-mechanical and electromechanical systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will build and validate models, mentor engineers, and lead cross-functional collaboration to improve analysis methods and product performance.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a relevant engineering discipline is strongly preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive analysis experience in complex mechanical systems.
• Experience with verification against test data and a track record of coupling models with experiments.

Responsabilités

• Translate system requirements into analysis objectives, load cases, and verification strategies.
• Develop linear, nonlinear, thermal, dynamic and Multiphysics models to predict performance.
• Select modeling assumptions, materials, interfaces, boundary conditions, meshes, and solvers.
• Verify results with first-principles calculations, benchmarks, and test correlation.
• Guide design decisions by identifying performance drivers and technical risks.
• Communicate results and uncertainties clearly to diverse stakeholders.
