• 5+ years experience processing complex payroll in a multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness.
• Validate and correct payroll data; escalate and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records; conduct regular audits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and standard workflows across the Americas.
• Support documentation and harmonization milestones.
