Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Transportation Planning Manager in Diamond Bar, CA to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering multimodal transportation plans and projects. Qualifications

• 7+ years in transportation planning/traffic engineering with 3+ years in supervision.
• PE (Civil/Traffic) and/or AICP preferred.
• Experience with travel demand modeling and traffic impact analysis.
• Proficiency with regional travel demand/modeling platforms and traffic microsimulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of planners and analysts, assign work, review deliverables, and support development.
• Perform travel demand modeling, trip generation, mode choice, and scenario/land-use modeling for analyses.
• Oversee traffic impact analyses, corridor studies, and multimodal planning including transit, freight, bicycle, and pedestrian planning.
• Lead signal timing/optimization studies and ITS/smart mobility assessments using Synchro, VISSIM, HCS.
• Supervise GIS deliverables (ArcGIS) and origin-destination analysis for reports.
• Coordinate project scopes, schedules, budgets, QA/QC; manage grants and funding submissions.
