Eden Capital Careers is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee multimodal transportation—rail, truck, and inland waterway barge—at our Little Rock facility. You will optimize costs, manage carrier relationships, and ensure timely movement of materials and products in a hands-on, data-driven role.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of logistics experience in heavy industrial environments, plus strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or business.
• 5+ years of logistics experience in multimodal environments.
• Hands-on experience coordinating rail, truck, and barge operations.
• Experience negotiating freight contracts and managing providers.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP and TMS software.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound transportation across rail, truck, and barge.
• Coordinate railcar scheduling, barge shipments, and over‑the‑road movements.
• Negotiate freight rates and monitor carrier performance KPIs.
• Develop relationships with railroad operators, barge companies, freight brokers, and providers.
• Optimize operations to improve delivery performance and reduce costs.
• Oversee shipping documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate inventory movements between facilities and customer locations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FRA, and transport regulations.
• Utilize ERP/TMS to monitor shipments and analyze freight performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in logistics efficiency.
