Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of logistics experience in heavy industrial or large‑scale transportation.
• Hands‑on coordination of rail, truck, and inland waterway barge operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound transport using rail, truck and barge.
• Coordinate railcar scheduling, barge shipments, and trucking movements.
• Negotiate freight rates and manage carrier contracts.
• Monitor transportation costs and KPIs; optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FRA and related regulations.
• Utilize ERP/TMS to track shipments and analyze freight metrics.
