Troveo AI is seeking a Senior Researcher who thrives on exploration, discovery, and experimentation. You’ll stay ahead of AI advances, work hands-on with new models and data assets, and help identify opportunities to enrich multimodal data for training and evaluation.

You’ll translate research into actionable outputs, collaborate with product and engineers, and maintain living knowledge bases while tracking the latest AI progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied research or ML research.
• Hands-on tinkering with models, APIs, datasets, tools.
• Familiar with large language models, multimodal models, retrieval-augmented generation.
• Clear communication of research findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor industry trends and synthesize insights across AI research and data enrichment.
• Tinker with emerging models and datasets; build prototypes and run experiments.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities to enrich assets and generate training data.
• Translate research into actionable outputs: briefs, proposals, and recommendations.
• Own and advance a research program for priority data areas; design experiments.
