The position offers a competitive salary between $190,000 and $230,000, along with a generous equity package and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in applied ML, AI research, or large-scale modeling.
• Familiarity with multi-node, multi-GPU distributed compute environments.
• Strong experience with reinforcement learning for foundation models.
