Job summary

Troveo AI is seeking a Senior Researcher to lead exploration and experimentation in AI/ML. This role focuses on surfacing opportunities to enrich data assets and turning ideas into evidence through lightweight prototypes and rigorous evaluation.

You will monitor trends across foundation models, agents, and evaluation techniques, and partner with product, prototypers, and engineers to scope ideas and document living knowledge bases. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied research or machine learning research experience.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, agent architectures, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Clear communication of research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
