Qualifications

• PhD in ML/AI/CS/stats with original research demonstrated by publications or comparable contributions.
• Experience applying research to production systems and products.
• Strong implementation skills with large datasets and modern ML stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own research problems from formulation through experimentation, validation, and product application.
• Design rigorous experiments and evaluations; establish evidence that advances improve product outcomes.
• Develop models, training approaches, datasets, and evaluation methods; partner with engineering to productionize.
• Help define Agentio’s research agenda and set a high bar for rigorous applied ML work.
