Job summary

National Association of Counties in Washington, DC, seeks a Senior Manager, Multimedia Content Production to lead NACo's in-house Studio 3069. You will own the full production lifecycle from concepting to final delivery, including video, podcasts, photography, and digital content for YouTube, social media, and NACo.org.

The role manages Studio 3069 operations, calendars, workflows, assets, and a direct report, while coordinating with external production partners to ensure timely, high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in film, communications, journalism, digital media or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in multimedia production, photography, video production or podcasting.
• Demonstrated experience managing full production lifecycle from concept to distribution.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video, podcast, photography and digital storytelling across platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects or comparable software.

Responsibilities

• Lead multimedia projects from concept through final delivery, including development, scripting, planning, filming, photography, editing and post-production.
• Develop episodic series, promotional videos, informational content, podcasts, photography, social-first videos and short-form documentaries.
• Direct interviews, studio recordings, field productions and photography sessions.
• Edit video and audio content and oversee motion graphics, sound design, captions, color correction and final packaging.
• Adapt content across YouTube, podcasts, social media, NACo.org, email campaigns and live events.
