Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience.
• Have an online portfolio.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) on macOS.
• Strong visual design to produce clean, usable layouts and iconography.
• Proficient with Figma, templates, libraries, and scalable design systems.
• Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, and storyboarding best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop static and motion assets; lead and pitch innovative ideas.
• Create storyboards, sketches, illustrations, and concepts per direction.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and optimize production.
• Build scalable Figma templates and component libraries for design-to-production work.
• Collaborate with teams to evolve concepts into motion designs and branded videos.
• Own the design templates and production pipeline for fast turnarounds.
• Maintain best practices for the global Gift Card design and motion style guide.
• Generate ideas and engage in constructive critique sessions with professionalism.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and ensure pipeline Deliverables.
