Job summary

LHH in New York is seeking a Senior Motion & Visual Designer to join our creative team. You will craft motion graphics for social, web, and video, develop storyboards, and design scalable assets that reinforce our branding across channels.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain design systems, and ensure high-quality execution. A background in motion design, typography and digital layouts is essential, with agency experience seen as a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in motion design or visual design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of motion principles: timing, pacing, rhythm, easing, transitions
• Exceptional eye for typography, composition, layout and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for digital-first environments and social platforms
• Ability to balance speed, creativity and attention to detail
• Agency experience is a plus

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and storytelling—bringing static concepts to life through compelling motion graphics and visually engaging creative.

You’ll play a key role in developing content across digital, social, video, branding, and presentation materials while helping shape scalable design systems that maintain consistency across channels.
