Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Multi-Line Claims Examiner with expertise in GL/Property Damage, BI, and Commercial Auto to join our team in Texas. The role focuses on claims handling across multiple lines with emphasis on coverage interpretation, investigations, and settlements.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of claims experience, an active adjuster license (or ability to obtain), and a track record managing 100–125 claims, including litigated matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling claims across multiple lines.
• Active adjuster license or ability to obtain/license maintenance.
• Experience managing 100–125 claims including litigation.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret policy conditions to resolve coverage issues.
• Prepare letters and agreements; assess coverage and liability.
• Evaluate reserves and negotiate settlements with claimants and counsel.
• Conduct investigations and gather statements, records, and evidence.
• Coordinate with defense counsel, adjusters, and other third parties.
