Job summary

CCMSI is seeking an Auto & GL Claim Specialist to manage full life-cycle multi-line claims, including auto and general liability, from investigation through settlement in a remote-capable environment.

The role requires 8+ years of multi-line claims experience, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with strong organization and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 8+ years multi-line claim experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate and adjust multi-line claims in accordance with standards and laws.
• Establish reserves and provide reserve recommendations within authority.
• Review or oversee medical, legal, damage estimates and invoices; negotiate disputed bills.
• Authorize and make payments of multi-line claims within procedures and authority.
• Negotiate settlements in compliance with standards and laws.
• Assist in selection and supervision of outside vendors (legal, surveillance, etc.).
• Maintain diary on claim system and monitor subrogation claims.
