Job summary

Ciarra Construction is seeking an experienced Wood Framing Project Manager to oversee high-volume multifamily wood framing projects. The role requires hands-on leadership of field teams, strong coordination of material deliveries, and a focus on profitability.

Responsibilities include managing RFI processes, submittals, change orders, and project billings while maintaining excellent client trust. The successful candidate will supervise multiple crews and adapt to evolving project needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wood framing experience.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Bluebeam, and email.
• Strong field management, communication, problem-solving, and ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• RFI creation and management of execution teams.
• Create and submit full submittals packages including rework for resubmittal.
• Change order requests from creation to approval, including submission for review.
• Accurately prepare project billings within tight margins including forecasted material and labor costs.
• Work within a team to execute all duties per the CC defined procedures.
• Maintain top-tier customer trust and care while prioritizing project profitability.
• Participate in and take ownership of project reviews.
• Manage in-house crews across multiple projects
• Coordinate material deliveries, and scheduling to align with project schedule.
• Review project scopes and contracts to ensure accurate coverage and budget alignment.
• Team mindset, accountability, documentation, and CC procedural awareness are key to success.
