Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in multifamily construction.
• Experience in residential and commercial buildouts.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Proficiency in reading plans and specs.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the construction process for multifamily projects, from inception to completion.
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring tasks are performed according to plan.
• Review and understand all contract documents including plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, ensuring work meets codes, standards, and specs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying issues or delays and implementing solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and quality control measures.
• Manage the buildout process, ensuring work is on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues or disputes, ensuring high-quality work.
• Participate in project meetings, providing insight for decision-making.
