Jobot is seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee multifamily residential projects in the Greater Boston area. The role combines field leadership with project-management functions, offering autonomy and exposure to company leadership.

Ideal candidates bring a field-first mindset, excel at resolving on-site issues in real time, and can drive projects from ground-up execution to successful completion while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction leadership experience.
• Track record managing ground-up multifamily or major residential renovation projects.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Experience using modern construction management software such as Procore or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on multifamily residential construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, material deliveries, and site logistics.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and overall project execution.
• Partner with ownership, architects, engineers, and clients to proactively resolve issues.
• Utilize construction management software to maintain project documentation, schedules, and communication.
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Mentor field personnel and contribute to the growth of the construction team.
