Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Participates in planning, budgeting, and design solutions for rehab projects.
• Develops scope, timelines, and budgets for rehab initiatives across properties.
• Identifies material and labor needs and oversees procurement and scheduling.
• Leads recruitment, training and performance reviews of direct reports.
• Schedules and directs contractors to ensure adherence to scopes, budgets and timelines.
• Prepares weekly project status reports on schedules and costs.
• Coordinate with city officials, engineers, inspectors when required.
