Job summary

Indus Management Group in Houston is seeking a Rehab Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction and rehabilitation for multiple multifamily projects. You will evaluate scope, schedules, budgets, and coordinate a team of contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires leadership, five years of PM experience in renovations, knowledge of building codes, and the ability to read CAD drawings. Local travel within Houston is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive project management in construction/renovations.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Advanced knowledge of codes, structural design, materials and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and Autodesk docs.
• Spanish fluency preferred; strong leadership and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and execute rehab projects for multifamily properties.
• Develop scope, timelines, and budgets for rehab initiatives.
• Coordinate materials, labor, procurement, and contractor oversight.
• Address delays, risks, and site emergencies to ensure on-time completion.
• Lead HR aspects of the team and manage direct reports.
• Monitor payments, quality control, and compliance with contracts.
