Job summary

Luxus is seeking an Architectural Project Manager specialized in multifamily projects to oversee and coordinate developments from concept through completion. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, interface with clients, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities include project planning, budget management, quality control, risk mitigation, and construction coordination across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field required.
  • Registered Architect certification.
  • 10+ years of experience, with multifamily project exposure.
  • Proven architectural PM experience in multifamily projects.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction processes, and building codes.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
