Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily construction projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion. You will manage vendors, subcontractors and field staff while maintaining top-quality safety standards.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in multifamily PM, a strong track record on large projects, and proficiency with Procore. Travel/relocation to the Miami area may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within Multifamily Construction.
• Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects.
• Procore experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Review project proposals, drawings and plans to determine timeframe, funding, staffing and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
• Oversee materials take-offs, cost estimates, procurement schedules, and project budgets.
• Coordinate, plan and organize multiple activities to achieve desired results while ensuring quality and safety.
